Do I need to bring my own supplies?
We provide all necessary art supplies for classes. While you’re welcome to bring your own materials, it’s not required.
How many kids are in class?
We aim to maintain small class sizes, accommodating up to 8 children with provision for 2 additional spots for makeup students.
I'm still deciding about taking a class. What should I do?
You can sign up for a Trial Class for $15 to experience a class before committing. The $15 trial fee helps cover the cost of art materials and supplies. Check the class schedule, choose a session, and pay for the Trial Class on our website.
When should I register?
We accept enrollments throughout the whole semester, September 1 to May 31, allowing you to join a class anytime. Your tuition will be adjusted accordingly if you register midway through the month.
Do you offer sibling or multiple-class discounts?
Yes, students from the same family enrolled in multiple classes within the month receive a 20% discount on each additional class.
Do you prorate tuition?
Tuition is prorated if you join a class after the month’s first session. However, tuition remains fixed for continuing students, calculated monthly from September 1 through May 31. Prorated tuition will be the last payment in May.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes, there is a $75 registration and supply fee per semester, which covers all necessary art supplies used during classes. The fee will be automatically charged to your card on file within seven days of enrollment.
How many classes are there per month?
Typically, there are four classes per month, although this may vary depending on holidays.
Will I be charged extra if there are more than four classes monthly?
No, your monthly tuition remains consistent regardless of the number of classes per month.
Will I pay less if there are only three classes in a month?
No, tuition remains the same, calculated based on a monthly fee averaged across classes from September through May.
When is tuition due?
Fees will be deducted automatically each month from the day of registration until the end of the semester May 31.
Can I make up a missed class?
We do offer makeup classes. Please select a group from the schedule and let us know when you want to come for a makeup.
Will classes be canceled in bad weather?
We follow the local public school district’s closure policy. Our classes are also canceled if schools are closed due to weather. Please check with us for specific closure information.
How and when can I drop a class?
You can drop a class any time by giving us a written notice. We will set a “future drop date” to halt any auto-payments.
Our schedule has changed. Can I switch to another group?
Yes, of course. If you want to stay in the same class but study at a different time, message us, and we will transfer you. If you’re going to transfer to another class, you must email us to cancel your current class and then register for the other class.
