A 3-part intensive designed to help aspiring models build runway and print skills, capture portfolio-ready imagery, and gain live runway experience – while providing designers a professional studio environment and content capture for brand promotion.
For Models
Participation Fee: $250 (three days)
What you receive

- 10-15 professionally edited, high-definition images to start your portfolio
Who should apply
- Aspiring or emerging models ready to learn and be coached
- Models building a starter portfolio and comp card
- Models available for all three dates (2/07, 2/14, 2/21)
What to prepare/bring
(details will be shared upon acceptance)
- A simple, fitted outfit for training (easy to move in) and heels or clean walking shoes
- Hair and makeup kit for touchups (or arrive camera-ready, if preferred)
- Undergarments appropriate for fittings (strapless/nude options recommended)
- A water bottle and snacks (as needed)

Participation Fee: $200 (two days)
This package includes
- A professional studio photoshoot of the designer's collection on models
- Two studio rooms: (1) directional/artistic lighting and (2) bright studio with a gray background for clean catalog-style shots
- Two styling options: looks with Valentine's Day accessories and clean looks featuring clothing only
- Photo and video coverage of the entire process (behind-the-scenes plus content-ready materials)
- Showcase of the collection in the Fashion Show Finale
Designer deliverables
- Edited studio images suitable for catalog and promotional use (mix of artistic and clean catalog-style shots)
- Behind-the-scenes photo/video coverage from the studio day
- Additional runway coverage from the Fashion Show Finale (photo/video capture)
What designers provide
- Garments/accessories and any brand props you want included
- Look list and sizing notes (number of looks and sizes available)
- Preferred crediting (brand name, website, social handles) and any required tags/hashtags
- Care instructions and quick-change notes (if applicable)
Important notes:
- Studio schedule, call times, and delivery timelines will be shared after confirmation.
- All participants must complete check-in and sign the waiver/media release.
FAQ
Do I need any experience to attend?
No experience is required. The event is open to beginner and aspiring models, as well as working models and designers. All training levels are welcome.
Is the event refundable?
All registrations are non-refundable, as spots are limited and production planning begins in advance. However, your spot may be transferred to another participant with prior notice.
Where is the class held?
The event takes place at Arsuri Art Studio in Austin, Texas. Full address and arrival details are sent after registration.
Do you offer travel or accommodation?
Travel and accommodation are not included. Participants are responsible for their own transportation and lodging.
What time does the class start and end?
The event runs for 3 days. Daily schedules, call times, and show details will be shared with registered participants prior to the event.
Anticipated schedule:
Day 1: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Day 2: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Day 3: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Do I receive a certification?
Yes. All participants receive a certificate of completion from Arsuri Art Studio at the end of the event.
